Rett Tyler started Skier's Marine in 1995 while employeed full time as a police officer for the Homewood Police Department. With the Malibu boat line Skier's Marine grew from 6 Malibus in 95 to over 64 new Malibus in 2006. Rett enjoys wakeboarding with his wife,Vickie, and his three sons on the weekends and hunting during the winter months. Rett has built Skier's Marine based on customer trust and satisfaction and that continues to drive the growth Skier's Marine enjoys today.

Greg has been boating his entire life and has been in the marine industry for over 11 years. He managed a boat and outdoor store before coming to Skier's Marine. He has been married to his wife, Deborah,for 21 years and has two daughters. Greg loves to hunt and fish and has just started wakeboarding.

Jim has been working at Skier's Marine for 9 years. He is married to Tara and does not have children yet but is raising a cat and a dog . Jim is a avid wakeboarder and owns a Malibu Wakesetter for weekend trips to the lake. Jim has grown up around water and had boats his entire life.
